We called in the morning and had Chandler there replacing our water heater by the afternoon. So thankful we didn't have to go days without warm water and leaking into the kitchen. I have used them several times they are always professional, clean up their areas when done and honest. We were blessed to have our water heater last 21 years and they put in the same brand we had before because it is quality and lasts unlike the ones sold at big box stores. If you need any plumbing or bath remodels call them. You will be happy you did!

Chandler was great reviewed the issue determined what the cause was, which turn out to be a leaking valve. He replace the valve and cleaned up all of the mess and then I was so impressed with him and the work I request him to provide me with and estimate to modify the plumbing under the kitchen sink and install our new kitchen sink. Your quote was the lowest, so Chandler is scheduled to be here again tomorrow to fix the nightmare plumbing under the sink and install the new sink.

Performed leak detection and found that customers 2” kitchen drain is leaking under concrete. This leak has caused severe water damage and mold damage to surrounding cabinets. In order to perform repair we strongly recommended having mold and water mitigation performed before hand to avoid contamination of kitchen. Once remediation is done we can then proceed with repair.
Customer had visible mold on inside of entry way closet as a result of a leak from upstairs bathroom. Attempted to inspect backside of closet but due to the sergeant up the home I was unable to verify if the mold has traveled past the closet area, or if the mold is confined to what is viable. Will need to remove all drywall inside of closet and inspect soffit under stairs and backside of closet to make sure hasn’t traveled further than what is visible.
Customer has water damage to downstairs bathroom as a result of bathtub leaking upstairs. They wish to have his upstairs tub/shower enclosure demoed and have us install a new customer supplied bathtub, shower valve and new toilet. Explained to customer once tub is removed we can inspect drywall to see if there is any mold growth occurring. Also recommended placing of dehumidifier in down stairs bathroom in order to aid in the drying process.

Customers master toilet was not flushing properly. After inspection I noticed there was large amounts of calcification clogging jets on toilet. Attempted to clear gets and remove calcification. Flushed toilet and everything was working properly. Recommended adding urine crystal dissolver to aid in removal of the remaining mineral build up in jets.
Customers wood siding in on front of house is starting to fail and needs to be replaced Replaced wood siding in front of customers home. We noticed the siding in the back was beginning to fail as well and recommended replacement of that.
Existing regulator had failed and was leaking. Installed new 1” regulator
Customer has water damage to the surrounding drywall located Selina his front window. Wishes to have estimate for water damage remediation. This estimate is just an estimated price. Once demo is complete we will be able to submit a more detailed invoice for insurance Performed work as outlined in invoices. Recommend performing exterior repairs to avoid having issues with water damage
Customer had light staining to baseboards on each end of shower. Performed inspection of shower and found several issues which was leading to the staining of baseboards. The main issue was the glass enclosure wasn’t sealing/closing all the way and was allowing water to escape enclosure resulting in water damage to the baseboards. The next issue was the curb was graded the wrong direction allowing water to pool up on curb instead of being slopped towards drain.
Cleared clog via roof access. Customer had a soft clog of build up of solids and toilet paper. Existing cast iron drain has large amounts of build up, if tenants continue to have frequent clogs I recommend installing a mainline cleanout in the front yard and performing descaling and hydrojetting to existing cast iron under home
Customer wishes to have existing acrylic enclosure removed and remodeled with new tiled shower and bathtub.
Cleared clog via mainline clesnout on side of home. Customer had toilet paper stuck on flapper/sewer backflow that was not allowing the water to drain properly. Also snaked customers master toilet. Ran water and flushed toilet several times and everything was working properly
Inspected leak under kitchen sink and found it was coming from the handheld sprayer. Customer wishes to replace entire faucet instead of attempting to repair. Replaced faucet with Cutsomer supplied kitchen faucet. After instal I noticed the cold side angle stop feeding faucet had a slow drip to it. Replaced with new angle stop
Call back for a warranty issue on a water heater we installed. Water heater showed it was from 2019. I started the water heater with no issues other than a red light flashing initially which eventually turned green. Appears to be functioning properly. Advised customer if it happens again, we will review warranty status and proceed accordingly.
