Excellent & Prompt Service!

We called in the morning and had Chandler there replacing our water heater by the afternoon. So thankful we didn't have to go days without warm water and leaking into the kitchen. I have used them several times they are always professional, clean up their areas when done and honest. We were blessed to have our water heater last 21 years and they put in the same brand we had before because it is quality and lasts unlike the ones sold at big box stores. If you need any plumbing or bath remodels call them. You will be happy you did!

Flooded ceiling

Chandler was great reviewed the issue determined what the cause was, which turn out to be a leaking valve. He replace the valve and cleaned up all of the mess and then I was so impressed with him and the work I request him to provide me with and estimate to modify the plumbing under the kitchen sink and install our new kitchen sink. Your quote was the lowest, so Chandler is scheduled to be here again tomorrow to fix the nightmare plumbing under the sink and install the new sink.

Cleared clog via roof vent. Customer had large amounts of sludge build up inside drain causing kitchen sink and laundry to back up. Was able to flush out sludge. Ran kitchen sink and cycle through washer machine and everything was draining properly. If customer continues to have issues with clogs, we will need to install exterior cleanout on kitchen sink and perform hydrojeting

Customer has several drains that were buried under underlayment and rocks. Had to locate the two termination points in front yard and excavate to expose them, as well as one of the drains in the backyard. Appears when rock was installed they buried the drains. After exposing and removal gravel from drains ran water and everything was draining properly

Removal and replacement of the existing countertops with new quartz countertops and repair of the existing subway tile backsplash and paint the cabinets white. NOTE: All attempts will be made to prevent damage to the cabinetry during the removal of the existing countertops, however no guarantee can be given that some damage will not occur, depending on the manner in which the countertops were installed.

We inspected the attic and found that the likely source of the water damage in the ceiling of the master bedroom was the FAU which is mounted in the attic. We recommended two options for mitigation of the mold. One option, to treat the surface areas with and not remove the drywall. The other option was to completely remove the drywall treat the wood structure then replace the drywall with new. The customer opted for surface treatment only. During our inspection it was also discovered that the FAU was not working and had been "blowing" fuses. An inspection of the fan found cellophane plastic in the mechanism which was causing the fan to vibrate while it was spinning and likely the cause of the blown fuse. Recommend running the unit regularly to ensure that the drain pan is working properly to carry condensate away from the unit. We also found that the AMPs coming to the unit were elevated. Not sure what the cause of this was but could also be the cause of the repeated blown fuses. More

Upon further inspection customer did not have a clog or leak. Concluded that the Source of water came from the shower curtain being to short. Recommended lowering the shower curtain to prevent water from escaping while showering.

Customer has severe water damage to master bathroom as well as living room which is located below bathroom. Recommended performing propped mitigation to avoid further damage and mold growth. Upon performing moisture readings and inspections it appears in order to properly mitigate the water damage we will need to remove carpet padding in upstairs closets, master bedroom as well as remove bathroom vanirt and water damaged drywall in bathroom, closets and bedroom. We will also need to remove a majority of the drywall in the ceiling of the living room as well as flooring due to water already beginning to cause damage by bubbling the flooring.

Opened ceiling where damaged drywall was located in attempt to locate leak. Ran several test and found leak was coming from bathtub drains. Opened drywall behind waste and overflow to confirm what was leaking and found water was running down the gab between tub spout and shower wall. Also noticed shower valve was not strapped and had a lot of movement. Attempted to strap shower valve as best as possible via access and re caulked around tub spout. Ran water for several minutes and didn’t see any further leaks. Explained to Cutsomer if he notices the shower leaking the next step was be opening the ceiling located under the tub drain
