We called in the morning and had Chandler there replacing our water heater by the afternoon. So thankful we didn't have to go days without warm water and leaking into the kitchen. I have used them several times they are always professional, clean up their areas when done and honest. We were blessed to have our water heater last 21 years and they put in the same brand we had before because it is quality and lasts unlike the ones sold at big box stores. Chandler was great reviewed the issue determined what the cause was, which turn out to be a leaking valve. He replace the valve and cleaned up all of the mess and then I was so impressed with him and the work I request him to provide me with and estimate to modify the plumbing under the kitchen sink and install our new kitchen sink. Your quote was the lowest, so Chandler is scheduled to be here again tomorrow to fix the nightmare plumbing under the sink and install the new sink.

Customer previously had American leak detection come out and perform leak detection. They located the leak right before the water line entered under the driveway and marked it with a flag. Quoted customer digging up and performing repair based on leak being located in planter bed. Explained that if leak was located under driveway and we have to saw cut and jackhammer concrete a separate price can be provided. Also talked to customer about replacement of line to avoid future issues and having to jackhammer concrete. Performed repair at corner if driveway and walkway leading to front door. Customer had a broken 1 1/4 pvc 45.
Installed new customer supplied kitchen faucet as well as hot and cold angle stops. Also switched out fill valve for two upstairs toilets and one angle stop for back right toilet
Customer has exterior drinking fountain on building for bathrooms that they wish to have removed and instead have a drinking fountain installed that had a option for water bottle filler, as well as with a chiller for the water

Performed inspection of leak located under kitchen sink and found leak was coming from a PEX coupling. Removed damaged section and plumbed in new section with half inch PEX and fittings. After inspecting the existing red PEX that was leaking it appeared the PEX was beginning to fail and could lead to more leaks in the future. Customer also had water damage and mold to drywall and surrounding cabinets. Recommended performing proper mold mitigation
Performed camera inspection of customers mainline and found that customer had orangeburg piping that is failing. Recommended pipe busting approximately 100’ and epoxy linning the remaining 20’ out towards city sewer
Customer had water surfacing in front of home, they state they had the city come out and say the leak wasn’t on their side, and their irrigation company states the leak isn’t on their system. Recommend performing leak detection in order to attempt to locate where the leak is coming from.
Customer had previous contractor start a remodel project but was unable to finish. They wish to have us continue the work to include patching drywall, installing cabinets, hair wash stations and counter tops.
After opening drywall under kitchen sink we found that the hot PEX line was leaking where the PEX connected to the brass PEX adapter. Removed damaged section and re connected to existing PEX adapter
Customer wishes to have break is broken water main repaired Customer had a broken 3” pvc water main in parking lot. Dug down and repaired the line.
Cutsomer chain for master toilet came off and needed adjustment. Adjusted chain and flushed toilet several times and everything was working properly. Inspected garbage disposal and recommended replacement

Customer has section of pvc water main approximately 270’ that they are having continued leaks on at the couplings/connections. Customer stated that they wish to have each connection (every 20’) dug up and replaced. Explained to customer we recommend replacing all 270’ via pipe bursting from only having to dig approximately 4 holes, or if pipe bursting is not possible to dig up the entire 270’ section and replacing all 270’. Told customer id submit three estimates. One for total replacement of the 270’ via pipe bursting, one for digging up the entire 270’ and replacing and one for attempting to dig up and replace the connections every 20’
Customer reported mainline clog. Attempted to clear clog via clesnout in backyard but issue was over 100’ away and did not have enough length on my cable to reach clog. Installed a cleanout in backyard approximately 50’ away from original cleanout to allow us to finish snaking out towards city sewer. Was able to clear clog from new cleanout and ran camera to view condition of sewer main. After running camera I found several issues. One issue being that it appeared there was a large root intrusion in city main contributing to the clog, as well as there was a large root intrusion and break at saddle of city main where customers sewer connected. Strongly recommended repairing this section of piping to avoid future clogs
