I hired Schuelke Plumbing to repair and reroute a condensate line in my attic, teck. Chandler was sent out to do the repair and did a thorough and complete job, even found some mold and removed it. The job was done in a professional, prompt manner at a fair price.I mentioned to owner Gary Schuelke that I wanted to build a bar b que and that I had been waiting for another contractor for several weeks to start, he said he had people that could do the work, we agreed on a really fair price and they started in two days, completed the work exactly the way I wanted and I am so happy with the results, would recommend them highly.

Called Schuelke Plumbing to fix a exterior leak on a water Line that was causing damage to the stucco. Not only did they show up the same day, but was very professional while helping me out. They fixed it within the time quoted and the work was done very professional and clean. After the work was done, I paid the service technician in cash, and didn't realize I gave him more money than quoted. He drove back to my house to return the cash!! Honesty goes a long way, and is rare these days. If you ever need plumbing work done, Schuelke Plumbing is an honest fair, and extremely professional business. Highly recommended!

This company is the best plumbing company with whom I have ever had do work for me. They put in a new sewer line repaired the old cast iron pipes in the garage cleaned out drain lines. They do what they promise within the time and the cost they estimate. They are honest, talented, and experts in their field! Robert is a magician as a plumber! These people are the best!

Was able to dig up and repair customers 1” pvc water service. Customer had large amounts of roots surround pipe and the pvc pipe had completely cracked at coupling. Removed and re plumbed damaged section
Performed camera inspection of sewer main via cleanout in garage. Sewer main was in good condition and did not see any issues

Performed camera inspection of customers sewer main from cleanout in front yard. Did not see any issues. Mainline was plumbed with ABS pipping. Only issue I saw was Customer had a backflow system for sewer line that was installed incorrectly and had a pvc riser to service the flapper.
Snaked line through cleanout in backyards up towards the house. Was able to clear the clog. Customer had a soft clog in the section of cast iron pipe under the house
Upon arrival customer turned on the front yard sprinklers for me and noticed customer had large amounts of water coming from under the left side of the walkway. Dug up sprinkler line and turned approximately 1’ under walk way and found that customers threaded 90 had snapped causing the leak. Unthreaded 90s from 3/4 by 1/2” threaded pvc T and threaded in new pvc 90s in order to fix the leak. Turned the sprinklers back on and didn’t see any further leaks.
Customers supply line for dishwasher was leaking. Also noticed handle on angle stop was broken off. Removed leaking supply line and and tied in existing supply line for dishwasher to new angle stop
Snaked customers main,ins from accessible cleanout. Pulled out large amounts of tampons and baby wipes
Customer reported low pressure on hot side of Roman tub valve. Replaced cartridge on hot side and customer still has the same amount of pressure. I believe either valve needs to be replaced or the diameter water line that was ran to the valve was insufficient.
Customer had a broke water service line under drive way. After exposing the line it was a broken 1” pvc that was cracked. Repaired leak and patched concrete. Also noticed customers pressure regulator had failed and customer had excess water pressure. Recommend replacing regulator and adjusting pressure.
Cleared clog via snaking through accessible clean out. Performed camera inspection and noticed customer had a collapsed ABS drain in garage. Highly recommended Performing spot repair on line to prevent further issues.
Was able to clear clog via snaking through accessible cleanout in backyard. Performed camera inspection and located a large root intrusion right on other side of fence of back yard right where the sewer main ties into city sewer. Recommended repairing section of pipe to prevent future issues
Attempted to snake customers kitchen line from cleanout outside. Ran small snake and was not able to clear the clog. Tried running big snake but line had to many turns and was not able to get past 5’. Ran camera and was able to run camera approximately 30’ down the line and could not get past a spot located in bedroom. Recommended jackhammering concrete and digging down to drain and removing trouble section m
Opened up customers drywall to the right of the doggy door to inspect customers plumbing in wall. Ran water in master bathroom and inspected drains and water lines. Did not see any leaks in the visible plumbing. Noticed customers hose bib on the exterior was dripping. I believe this was the results of the water seeping into the house. Replaced customers hose bib. Recommended turning off sprinklers and not using hose bib to see if water dries up. If water dies dry up then more than likely the issue was due to the hose bib and irrigation water build up seeping into the stucco and then entering the house. Quoted approximately 650.00 to patch and paint drywall opening.
Customer claimed her toilet overflowed from tank on top and flooded out the bathroom into three living room downstairs. Recommended at minimum replacing internals of toilets for 225.00 and doing proper remediation to avoid mold growth.
