Had a leak causing mold. Wanted it fixed asap. These guys did a good job. But it was way too much $. I regret not negotiating for a better deal or getting a second opinion.

I used Schuelke Plumbing to install a new sewer line 3 years ago. I was impressed by the quality of the work at a price that was lower than competitors. Recently, I wanted to think about my water heating system. Chandler came over for a consultation, and he gave me a number of options that expanded my thinking. He was very good at explaining the pros and cons of different approaches, and we were able to make an informed choice. They completed the work with skills and efficiency. We're happy with their service again.

Responded to water leak in utility area. Inspected insulated black pipe system showing signs of water damage at connection points. Replaced damaged pipe fitting, resealed connections, and verified system integrity through pressure testing. All pipes now functioning properly with no signs of leakage.
Excavated trench to access and inspect the exterior plumbing system consisting of multiple PVC supply lines with associated valves. Documented condition of the aging distribution system, noting visible weathering, mineral deposits and minor corrosion on metal valve components where the main line branches to multiple distribution points.
Both bathrooms for units 8A and 8B were backing up. Cleared clog via roof access. Followed with camera inspection and found large root intrusion in sewer main for both units. Located issue under sidewalk in the back of the units. Strongly recommend digging up damaged section of piping and performing repair to avoid future issues as well as adding mainline cleanout. Due to the amount of turns and access I was unable to get my camera past this location to further inspect sewer line. Tenants will continue to experience clogs until issue is addressed
Upon arrival I found customer has a pin hole leak in their existing copper pipe right before it entered down into the unit. We previously replaced approximately 40’ of copper pipe on the roof up until where the shut off valve is seen in the photo. Due to the previous history of issues on this section of piping I recommend replacement of pipe from 90 located at the roof all the way down to where the pine ties into the circulating pump. This run is approximately 20’ in length. In order to perform replacement we will need to remove the water proofing located around the pipe to remove the old pipe and install the new pipe. We can attempt to add new sealant around protrusion through roof but recommend having customers roofing contractor come out and properly seal.
Performed leak detection by inducing system with nitrogen and performing sub surfacing listening. Located leak near curb. Marked location with blue paint. Will need to saw cut and jackhammer asphalt to perform repair
Cleared line via roof access. Followed with camera inspection and found what appears to be a repair performed with roots entering the pipe. Recommended performing repair on this section to avoid further issues. Issue seemed to be in next unit over. Due to not having access to unit I was unable to locate issue to provide accurate estimate for repair
Upon arrival water heater was showing code 10 meaning screen for burner needed to be cleaned. Cleared debris as best as possible and re lit water heater. Everything appeared to be working properly. Let water heater heat all the way up and no longer saw any codes
Customer has large root intrusion in sewer main located in front yard under driveway. Recommended performing repair to avoid further clogs. Once repair is performed we can follow up with camera inspection of rest of sewer main to view condition of pipe. Explained if they needed epoxy lining of sewer main from the repair out towards the city sewer they’d be looking at roughly $6,000-7,500. Once repair and camera inspection is performed we can provide more accurate price.
PO# 67568 Installed new 30 gallon Bradford white water heater. And repaired leaking 3/4” hot copper water line
Customer had a leaking water service located in front of building. In order to perform repair we will need to saw cut and jackhammer concrete to access pipe. Found customer had a broken 2” 45. Removed damaged section and plu,bed in new section with schedule 80 pvc fittings

Both units were clogged and backing up into bathroom. Cleared clog via roof vent. Followed with camera inspection and found that drain had large amounts of scale build up. Recommend installation of mainline cleanout in the front of the two units and perfroming descaling and hydrojetting to clean inside of sewer main to avoid future issues
Customer needs estimate for installation of 6” backflow for fire system. Due to not knowing which direction the lines runs or depth of line it is difficult to provide accurate estimate to perform work. In order to provide accurate estimate we will need to dig and expose the fire line to determine path of travel, material of pipe, as well as o determine what connection, if any we will need to re establish. Once we know these things we can provide a more accurate estimate for installation of backflow. After exposing line we found that the fire line runs under the sidewalk at an angle almost parallel to the existing vault. Line is approximately 3’ deep
Customer had a 50 gallon water heater that was no longer working. Customer wanted a 40 gallon installed instead of a new 50 gallon. Installed a 40 gallon Branford white water heater
