Customer wishes to have estimate for installation of recirculating pump on hot side of water system.
Customer has a mixet shower valve cartridge and trim that needs to be replaced Shut water off to building and replaced cartridge and shower valve trim.
Arrived on sight to inspect for leak in parking lot, maintenance turned water back on but was unable to get leak to re-appear. While inspecting for leak we found another leak near the backflow. We will need to excavate line in order to expose leak. I nice leak is found we can give separate price for repair. We also noticed Ball valves for back-flows are not working properly to turn water on and off as needed so I recommended replacing both 1.5” balls valves. We will need to contact city to have them turn the water on and off at meter while performing work. Replaced both ball valves for backflow as well as repaired leak below backflow. Leak was at a 2”-1-5” 90 below pressure regulator. Turned Water back on and saw that meter was still slowly moving. After further inspection we found that there was another leak where the 2” pvc ties into meter flange. Recommend repairing this section and while performing the repair adding a shut off on customers side of meter to avoid having to call
Customer wishes to have their tankless water heater inside eliminated and a new tankless water heater installed on the exterior of their home outside. Will need to run new water, gas and electrical for tankless water heater. Installed new noritz tankless water on exterior of home
Customer has large root intrusion and offset in sewer main for both units causing clog. This has been an ongoing issue and have sent estimate for repairs in the past. Customer will continue to have issues until drains are fixed

Kitchen sink drain Snaked customers kitchen sink to remove clog. Ran water for several minutes and everything was draining properly. Due to the set up and not having clesnout or roof vent I was unable to perform camera inspection Toilets Laundryroom toilets flappers are not working properly, due he repair parts being a special order and expensive I recommend replacing of toiler to avoid future issues in the future but will submit estimate for repair, as well as replacing. Inspected front toilet and found fill valve was not working properly and taking a long time to completely fill up. Replaced fill valve
Cleared mainline clog via cleanout in backyard. As stated last time at this property and adjoining house next door customer has old orange burg drains that are in poor condition causing which is resulting in sewer clogs. Recommend replacement of orangeburg drains as stated in previous estimate submitted.

Customer wishes to have new tankless water heater moved to an outside location and eliminate the one inside
Inspected unit and found that issue was not water heater but in fact the shower valve. Shower valve needs new cartridge. Explained we can attempt to replace cartridge to see if this fixes the issue or replace entire valve with new Moen shower valve
Was able to remove mainline clog via roof access. Followed with camera inspection and found several issues. 1. There is a root intrusion in sewer main where sewer exits the units causing clogs 2. There is what appears to be an old cable snake blade stuck in the sewer line 3. There is what existing cast iron drain has large amounts of scale and build up in the line leading to clogs Recommend digging up and performing repair on root intrusion behind units 18 D and 18E. While performing repair we can install a mainline clesnout and perform descaling and hydrojetting to clean up existing cast iron drains as well as remove the snake blade
