I had several main line sewer clogs with in the last couple months. And I kept calling plumbing companies out to clear the clog for me. Finally called schuelke plumbing they got the line cleared and even followed up with a camera inspection and showed me that it was due to a large root intrusion in my line. (Which the other companies didn’t bother to do). Schuelke plumbing was able to come out the next day to dig down and fix that section of pipe and installed a clean out so I have access to my sewer line for in the future if I get any more clogs. They even did great job backfilling and putting all my grass back. Can hardly even tell they had a 5 foot hole dug in my front yard
They arrived incredibly quick, were honest and professional.
Great and quick service. Called Friday morning for a water line that was leaking in my wall and they came out with in the hour and got the problem fixed.

Fast next day service, arrived right on time. Clean, professional, knowledgeable and friendly service man arrived. He replaced a pressure valve and a few other minor repairs. The minor valve replacements gave him a little trouble and I could tell it took him some extra effort and time but rather than giving up and telling me I had to replace the whole unit, he stuck with it and was able to repair the leak, ultimately saving me money... Can't go wrong going with Schuelke Plumbing! Thank you!!
Schuelke Plumbing did a great job to the highest professional standards. They fixed a long-standing problem and installed new valves that will work better and be easier to access. An excellent experience.
I called Schuelke plumbing Friday night to schedule a technician out to fix a leak I had in my ceiling. We scheduled the appointment for Saturday morning between 8:00am-10am. Chandler the technician on time and even called me 30 Minutes before hand to confirm the appointment and let me know he was on his way. Upon arriving he was able to fix the leak with in the price quoted over the phone Friday. He was very clean and efficient. Would definitely be using this company again in the future.
Snaked customers laundry line and followed up with camera inspection. Noticed customer had what looked like to be a plastic obstruction in line. Recommended digging up section and replacing for 550. Tenant also complained of laundry filling with water. If issue continues to happen I recommend having a appliance repair person inspect washer machine. Valve may not be closing all the way and allowing fresh water to fill washer.
Repaired customers 1 1/4 pvc line. After repair customer had a separate leak at 1” 90 further down the line. Repaired pvc 90 and also noticed customer had extremely high water pressure for irrigation line. Replaced regulator and set pressure to 65 psi. Explained to customer if he continues to have issues with his water service rupturing then we may need to install 1 1/4 pressure regulator at the meter.
Customer has a clogged toilet. Was able to auger toilet to clear the clog. Flushed toilet several times and everything was draining properly.
Upon arrival we discovered a leak in the 1/2" water line supplying hot water to the dishwashing machine. We removed the leaking copper fitting and installed a new fitting and copper pipe.
Copper compression fitting was for angle stop connection was leaking to electric under mount water heater. Cut back copper and replaced compression nut
Customers water heater was leaking. Recommended installing new water heater for 1900. Customer stated he will replace the water heater himself.
Snaked customers kitchen/laundry line from cleanout behind kitchen sink. Pulled out hair and other debris. Performed camera inspection and the laundry/kitchen line appeared to be in decent condition. Ran camera out to front yard and noticed customer had a large offset and root intrusion just after cleanout in front yard. Recommend digging up this section and repairing sewer main in order to fix the offset and root intrusion for $1,200.
Breaker trips when the tenant uses A/C. Responded and tested the system locating a bad breaker and light. Replaced both and tested the system with no other issues.
During our routine lawn maintenance the onsite property manager requested that we repair several sprinklers throughout the property.
Customer has emergency repair needed on broken hose bib leaking on side of building. Was able to shut off water and replace hose bib
Replaced customers faulty regulator that we installed
Customers pressure is extremely high and recommended replacing pressure regulator to decrease pressure for units. Replaced customers 2” brass pressure regulator and adjusted pressure to approximately 65psi.
Customers bathroom sink was clogged. Snaked drain and tightened drains under faucet. Pulled out a large clump of hair when snaking the line. Ran faucet for several minutes and everything was draining fine and no leaks.
This invoice outlines the work performed to maintain the grounds at the property on a bi-weekly basis. The dates for the month of July are 7/13 and 7/27 for a total of 2 service dates scheduled
Customers pressure regulator failed. Replaced regulator and replaced pressure relieve valve as well. Set customers pressure to 60psi. Customer stated he will try and replace the stems on his upstairs shower that was dripping.
