Customer has a leak on 3/4” copper line as well as drywall and mold damage to surrounding area. Recommended repairing of copper leak as well as replacement of old gate valve and flex line while there performing the work.
Customer has a leak located under parking lot of property that needs to be excavated and repaired Customer has broken 1 1/4 pvc 90. Removed section and plumbed in new section. Turned water back on and didn’t see any further leaks
Customer had a pin hole leak on their 1” PEX. Performed repair as needed. There had already been several other leaks on this section of pipe. Strongly recommended replacing entire line to avoid more leaks in the future

The customer requested we provide a proposal for installing a bathroom in an existing space within the warehouse on the property. The following proposal outlines the work to be done to install the the bathroom and is based on the information provided by the customer as the to the location of the septic tank and water source. Customer will be responsible for all permitting if any are desired. Installed chronomite insta hot under sink. Explained to customer he is responsible for having electrician wire in properly .
Replaced hot and cold angle stops for kitchen faucet. Once old angle stops were removed I noticed the cold water line stub out had severe corrosion and build up on inside of line. Strongly recommended performing re repipe to avoid future issues
Customer had random spirting of water coming out of fixtures mainly on the hot side when fixtures would be turned on, issue was very sporadic and random. Performed pressure test and saw no evidence of leaks and attempted to run all water in house to try and flush what appeared to be air in the lines. Explained to customer that it’s a process of elimination and if the problem persists we will need to do further investigation
Customers bathroom faucet had low pressure. Removed aerator and flushed out system to remove debris. Re installed aerator and turned faucet back on. Pressure was back to normal and everything was working properly. Also replaced flapper for toiler.
Cleared clog via exterior access. There was large amounts for grease in line which caused the clog. Had to use several methods of snaking and descaling to clear out grease. Ran water for several minutes and everything was draining properly. If customer continues to have issues I recommend performing hydrojetting.
Customer has leak on main feed for property located under concrete/ walkway of unit 5. In order to perform repair we will need to saw cut and jackhammer concrete as well as dig up planter bed Removed concrete around main feed for unit 5 and fount that the pvc 90 and cracked causing the leak. Removed damaged pvc and plumbed in with all new copper as well as new shut off valve and hose bib.
While performing descaling I noticed several drips coming from ceiling around vent pipe for tankless. I believe the seal for the vent above the ceiling has became compromised and is allowing condensation to drip down the venting. Recommend opening drywall to perform repair and address issue.

Cutsomer wishes to have exposed copper lines on roof replaced Removed approximately 40’ of 2” copper lines exposed on roof (20’ feed for water heater and 20’ of hot water feed coming from water heater) installed new isolation valves and new foam insulation.
