Schuelke plumbing Inland Empire has helped us work remotely to get two leaks repaired in separate areas of our home. (Lots of ensuing damage due to water and mold) They work quickly, are always available to answer questions and have gone above and beyond to make this process work very smoothly.

Oscar did great and timely work for us including replace rusted tank bolts on one of the two toilets he fixed. Oscar is polite and professional. He moved a cabinet that “straddles” one of the toilets in order to remove the tank on another toilet. In the process the screws that secured the cabinet to the wall came out. And he did not resecure the cabinet. He mentioned this to me and I told him I’d look at it. It appears the screws needed new holes drilled in order to secure the cabinet, which I was unaware of. Is this kind of work beyond the scope of your repairs?

We came home from a New Year’s vacation to find a flooded and clogged downstairs. I called Schuelke and they were out the next morning to fix it. They then remediated the flood water and replaced all our flooring and drywall. It looks better than before! They made a stressful situation so much better by working with our insurance and handling everything. We will definitely call them for all our future plumbing needs.

Amazing overall

I was thoroughly impressed with my service from the moment I made the call. I called at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. I had an appointment for the next morning within 30 min. The technician showed up right on time at 8 AM. He was done within an hour and a half. He left his face clean. He was a professional. I could not be happier with my overall experience. For any of Arnese and highly recommend to anyone.

School had a clogged toilet, first step to clearing clog was augering it. Eventually was successful and cleared the clog. Flushed the toilet 5 times and had no issues. Flushed one more time in front of faculty staff to assure the clog was cleared.

Replaced old customer front control panel to the Master Navien tankless water heater with new one. After replacement, ran test to make sure the master tankless was producing hot water by shutting off the other unit and only leaving the master unit. Ran only hot water in the kitchen sink for 5 minutes and fortunately hot water was indeed coming out. Also there were no error codes showing while the master unit. After the test it was determined the customer was good to use the unit again.

Pull and reset customer’s toilet with a new wax ring. Recommended to customer that she has her flange raised to the correct height, which was more than likely the reason why there was water leaking from below the toilet. Customers toilet was also flushing slow, also recommended that the toilet internal components be replaced or the toilet itself.

Checked customers pressure to home and saw that pressure was at almost 110 psi which is excessive. Recommended replacing pressure regulator and setting pressure to the range of 55-75 psi. Replaced customers regulator and insulated piping

Customer wants estimate to perform hydrojetting to area drains throughout property. Due to the extent of hydrojetting we will charge per hour. We will also follow up with camera inspection to make sure the lines are open and in working condition

Customer wishes to have estimate for removal of her neighbors sewer line from her yard. Explained to customer we cannot provide this estimate without first performing camera inspection to locate where sewer line is and how deep it is. After having an idea of how deep the lateral is and where it’s located we will have a better idea on what the cost will be to re locate the line

Customers water adjustment valve has failed. Replaced customers water adjustment valve and master unit was still reading an error code. Called customer support and they stated that the computer board needs to be. Customer support also recommended checking the outlet for the voltage. Stated that due to two tankless water heaters being on the same outlet that it should be on its own circuit. This could be the reason due to having issues with the tankless water heaters

After inspection of kitchen sink determined that the aerator was clogged. Cleaned out aerator and pressure returned back to normal. Cold angle stop was also clogged. Flushed out supply line.

After about 3 hours of snaking the clean out was able to clear the clog. There is a heavy amount of roots in that have penetrated the drain. After clearing the clog I placed the camera down the drain to check out the condition of it. I was able to spot another root intrusion. Highly recommend an emergency spot repair because the drain is going to back up again very soon.

Upon performing descaling of tankless water heater we found that master unit was not working properly and had very low hot water pressure coming out. Called Navien customer support. Customer support stated that the water adjustment valve had gone bad. After explaining that this part had gone bad before they recommended checking voltages to outlet and check hardness of water

Customers stub out for kitchen sink drain has corroded and is leaking water into the cabinets opened drywall. Removed cast iron San T and stub out and replaced with ABS. Ran water for several minutes and didn’t see any further leaks
