I hired Schuelke to do electrical conduit, natural gas line and install a sewer hook up for an RV. All this was done prior to the concrete contractor doing their part. Gary was very fast with getting me an estimate and the work was completed in the time frame given, his workers were able to answer any questions I had while they were performing the work. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs, they went above and beyond!

Gary and his team at Schuelke Plumbing have been an absolute gold mine of a find! My wife and I had a tub overflow in our upstairs bathroom. Needless to say, there was a lot of damage. We found Schuelke Plumbing online, and they were out the next day first thing, on a Saturday, to mitigate the damage. Since, we have been going through a disaster of a time with insurance, but Gary has been so patient, kind, professional, and most of all truthful and supportive through the entire process. We still have repairs to get through, but I’m at peace knowing Schuelke Plumbing will take good care of us the rest of the way. They’ve found a lifelong customer in us, we can’t recommend their services enough! Thank you Gary and your team for taking good care of us!

This was very frustrating for my wife and I and at times even getting things done with the project. Gary and his team even when I was frustrated and not calm Gary was very calm and helped me with understanding that the job will get done right and help us out in every way possible…..we are happy with the work done. We had an issue with a plumbing leak after all work was completed and even though your office was closed and starting there weekends Gary got someone to our house to dry out everything, and arrived first thing Monday morning for repairs.

Relied on Schuelke Plumbing for our family plumbing and service needs for many years. Recently had our two waters heaters go out with family coming in from out of state. Chandler and an assisting plumber replaced both tanks with valves and copper pipe in just a few hours. Reliable, professional, friendly service. We will use no one else.

Performed inspection to both customers drains for upstairs bathroom above garage side door as well as potable water system. Ran water for several minutes in all fixtures and was unable to identify leak. After further inspection we saw that condensation line for hvac was located above the window for bathroom and had a steady drip. I believe the water customer reported was a cause of this condensation line. Cleared primary condensation line that was located under master sink in attempt to prevent dripping from secondary line. Recommended having customer contact hvac professional to inspect system.
Customer complained of low pressure on irrigation system. Recommended replacing broken gate valve and install new ball valve. After installed ball valve customer still had low pressure. After further inspection we found that the city shut off was not opened all the way resulting in low volume. Also installed two new hose bibs
Customer has several holes in drywall throughout home as a result of a re route. This estimate includes patching of the holes that were made during the re-route. Does not include painting
inspected shower and noticed handle on shower valve where leaking. Recommend performing rebuild on shower valve, replacing stems, seats and handles due to screws being stripped on right handle. Rebuilt shower valve with new internals and handles. Ran water for several minutes and everything was working properly. If customer continues to have issues with shower valve then we recommend performing full replacement.
Customers master toilet was leaking at base. Pulled toilet and saw that mounting bolts were broken and rusted away. Replaced wax ring as well as mounting bolts and re set toilet. Flushed toilet several times and everything was working properly
Customers 3/4” hot copper line feeding from water heater has a leak and needs to be re routed. Re routed customers leaking 3/4” hot line eliminating line that fed under ground from water heater over behind fridge. While walls where open customer also opted for re-routing the 1” line that fed to same location.
Replaced customers tub spout diverter. Also inspected shower and noticed handled on shower valve where leaking. Recommend performing rebuild on shower valve, replacing stems, seats and handles due to screws being stripped on right handle.
Performed leak detection and found leak on 3/4” hot copper line feeding from behind water heater over to behind fridge. Feeding kitchen sink, downstairs half bath and upstairs secondary bathroom. Leak was located under wahser machine. Recommended performing re route to avoid having to remove flooring in laundryroom
Opened water damaged drywall in order to inspect for leak, did not see any leaks in ceiling. After further inspection I found the hammer arrestor connected to hot side of laundry box has a slow seep to it. Water was traveling down the half inch copper in ceiling resulting in the water damage. Replaced hammer arrestor and didn’t see any further leaks
Customer has roots growing up through toilet flange. Recommended removal of toilet to inspect where roots are coming from Removed toilet and saw that roots were growing in between concrete and toiler drain. Recommended removal of flooring and concrete around flange under foot print of toiler to avoid having to repair tile in order to properly seal off access and replace flange. Customer opted for cleaning of roots as best as possible and re setting toilet. Cannot guarantee or warranty that roots will not grow back
Cleared clog via roof vent. Performed camera inspection and found that customer has a small section of cast iron where sewer for back unit exits the building that’s leading to the clog. Recommend digging up and removing this section of cast iron and plumbing in with ABS to avoid future clogs
Cleared clog via roof access. Performed camera inspection and saw that customer had roots growing up through toilet flange. Recommended pulling toilet in order to inspect flange and determine where roots are coming from
Was able to clear clog via roof access. Followed up with camera inspection and saw customers existing cast iron drains where in very poor condition and had large amounts of build up with caused the clog. Explained to customer that if they continue to have issues with clogs then we recommend replacing of drains
After pulling toilet I saw that flange was not secured to subfloor. Added concrete screws to properly secure flange and re mounted toilet.
Replaced 75 gallon water heater and re configured re circulating pump. Customer also had a leak in one of the 90s located in wall for the pump. Repaired leak and plumbed in section using 45s.
