I hired Schuelke to do electrical conduit, natural gas line and install a sewer hook up for an RV. All this was done prior to the concrete contractor doing their part. Gary was very fast with getting me an estimate and the work was completed in the time frame given, his workers were able to answer any questions I had while they were performing the work. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs, they went above and beyond!
I’ve used Schuelke several times and have always been extremely satisfied with their service. 🙌🙌🙌🙌 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Chandler was very helpful and knowledgeable would recommend your company for sure
Gary and his team at Schuelke Plumbing have been an absolute gold mine of a find! My wife and I had a tub overflow in our upstairs bathroom. Needless to say, there was a lot of damage. We found Schuelke Plumbing online, and they were out the next day first thing, on a Saturday, to mitigate the damage. Since, we have been going through a disaster of a time with insurance, but Gary has been so patient, kind, professional, and most of all truthful and supportive through the entire process. We still have repairs to get through, but I’m at peace knowing Schuelke Plumbing will take good care of us the rest of the way. They’ve found a lifelong customer in us, we can’t recommend their services enough! Thank you Gary and your team for taking good care of us!
Response from Schuelke Plumbing Inland Empire:
Thank you, Darren. I know its been a frustrating process but we are here to help as always.
This was very frustrating for my wife and I and at times even getting things done with the project. Gary and his team even when I was frustrated and not calm Gary was very calm and helped me with understanding that the job will get done right and help us out in every way possible…..we are happy with the work done. We had an issue with a plumbing leak after all work was completed and even though your office was closed and starting there weekends Gary got someone to our house to dry out everything, and arrived first thing Monday morning for repairs.
Response from Schuelke Plumbing Inland Empire:
Thank you Randy, it was a pleasure working with you and getting things back to normal for you.
Relied on Schuelke Plumbing for our family plumbing and service needs for many years. Recently had our two waters heaters go out with family coming in from out of state. Chandler and an assisting plumber replaced both tanks with valves and copper pipe in just a few hours. Reliable, professional, friendly service. We will use no one else.
Price was reasonable, work was quick and professional, finished on time, very happy with result.
Chandler helped us out again. His team is great. Called and came the next day and fully repaired all we needed the next day. Great service at a great price. They are highly recommended!
Chandler did great and this is not the first time. We will continue to use Schuelke and Chandler.
Service man was very friendly and a great job and wasn't in a hurry.
Chandler is always so helpful and quick! I will definitely continue to call him for my plumbing needs.
Customer wishes to have several estimates provided for work performed around the house. These estimates include the following - estimate for installation of customer supplied Moen flow sense valve - estimate for installing electrical outlet on exterior of house - estimate for moving plumbing and repairing drywall to accommodate washer/dryer hook ups as well as a new sink installed - estimate for mold remediation in kitchen - estimate for bathroom renovations
Customer wishes to have drywall patched in hallway where drywall was removed to inspect for plumbing leak
Customers master toilet was constantly running due to failed fill valve. Replaced with fill valve to restore proper fiction.
Customer wishes to have estimate for new tankless water heater installed Installed new Noritz exterior tankless water heater
Performed leak detection to gas system for outside bbq. After inspection found that the existing gas valve feeding bbq was leaking. Removed valve and associated flex line and installed new valve and flex line.
Inspected customers tankless water heater and explained to customer that due to the age and condition we recommended replacement
Moved kitchen island plumbing and electrical for customer in designated location customer had marked for us to accommodate new location of island/sink. Also replaced ice maker box
Customer needs the venting for their water heater venting to be brought up to code and replaced
After performing leak detection I was able to determine that the leak was not a pressurized leak from the water system or the drains. Ran several more test and found that the leak is caused from the sprinklers spraying on the exterior of the home and seeping into the cracks in the wall in turn seeping into the house and garage. Also appears water is seeping into from where front hose bibs enters the concrete and turns to go into the house. The water is following this patch and dripping into the wall where the water line enters the soffit where drywall was opened. Attempted to adjust sprinkler in a manner as to not spray the home but was unable to. Recommend having landscaper install proper sprinkler head as to not spray the house and also recommend properly waterproofing exterior foundation to avoid more water seeping in
Customer needs hydrojetting and descaling performed from cleanouts for laundry and kitchen sink to remove build up and sludge inside of drains. Performed descaling via cleanout for both laundry drain and kitchen sink drain
After inspection of sewer main i found that customer already had several cleanouts located throughout property. There was a mainline clesnout in front yard that allowed access to both up stream under the home, as well as access all the way out to city sewer. There was also two cleanouts in back of the home on exterior wall. One servicing the laundry and the for the kitchen sink. Sewer main in front yard leading out to city sewer was in good condition with a large portion having already been replaced. While performing inspection from cleanout in backyard I found that there was large amounts of sludge and build up in the line servicing the laundry and kitchen sink drain leading to bathroom. This section needs to have hydrojetting and descaling performed to clear our sludge and prevent future clogs.
Performed inspection to both customers drains for upstairs bathroom above garage side door as well as potable water system. Ran water for several minutes in all fixtures and was unable to identify leak. After further inspection we saw that condensation line for hvac was located above the window for bathroom and had a steady drip. I believe the water customer reported was a cause of this condensation line. Cleared primary condensation line that was located under master sink in attempt to prevent dripping from secondary line. Recommended having customer contact hvac professional to inspect system.
Customer complained of low pressure on irrigation system. Recommended replacing broken gate valve and install new ball valve. After installed ball valve customer still had low pressure. After further inspection we found that the city shut off was not opened all the way resulting in low volume. Also installed two new hose bibs
Customer has several holes in drywall throughout home as a result of a re route. This estimate includes patching of the holes that were made during the re-route. Does not include painting
inspected shower and noticed handle on shower valve where leaking. Recommend performing rebuild on shower valve, replacing stems, seats and handles due to screws being stripped on right handle. Rebuilt shower valve with new internals and handles. Ran water for several minutes and everything was working properly. If customer continues to have issues with shower valve then we recommend performing full replacement.
