Chandler presented us with excellent options and a layout far superior to what I had in mind. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Unfortunately I forgot to discuss with Chandler a pressure regulator for the install. It was only after the job was completed that I remembered the item. My bad……

Robert came first thing in the morning and fixed our leak quick and explained everything throughly! I really appreciate that he took the time to answer all my questions and it made me feel more comfortable! The icing on the cake is the reasonable price- he could have gauged me like has happened with other companies many times before (cuz I have an old house and unfortunately need plumbers more often then the norm) but he didn’t - and that is greatly appreciated and shows that they are a company with integrity! Customer had water coming from ceiling in hallway. Open drywall to inspect for leak and found that leak was coming from AC unit in the attic. Recommended calling an AC company to fix the issue.
Customer has a Moen flow sensor that they wish to have installed as well as having a section of their irrigation feed re done Installed customer supplied Moen flo sensor as well as a shut off valve for his home. Also re routed his irrigation line and installed a new ball valve for irrigation
Located leak behind refrigerator. Removed back panel and saw that mice had chewed threw the water line for the fridge. Recommended getting an appliance repair person to replace the line or else line will continue to leak when valve is on

Attempted to snake customers sewer main from multiple cleanouts. Was unsuccessful. Ran camera and clog appeared to be at the manhole for city sewer in neighbors backyard
Was able to clear customers clog via snaking through cleanout. Performed camera inspection and saw customer has severe root intrusion in front yard. Highly recommended customer dig up this section and repair the line. Explained to customer she will continue to have this issue until issue is fixed.
Customers kitchen sink and laundry was backed up. Snaked customers laundry line via roof access. Performed camera inspection and didn’t see any major issues. Customer had build up in certain sections of drain. Recommended performing descaling to line next time issue occurs. Ran water in kitchen sink and garage sink for several minutes. Everything was draining fine.
Customer requested a proposal for remodeling of the downstairs utility/laundry room. This involved relocating plumbing and electrical to accommodate moving the laundry connections, installing a shower/dog was station, as well as a vanity and toilet. A majority of the demo work is done. The customer has opted to proceed with the work without obtaining permits.
Jetted customers kitchen line from cleanout in back. Was able to remove majority of sludge. Followed with camera inspection and noticed customers sewer main was still holding water and draining slowly. Customer stated they have septic tank and have to get it pumped every year. I believe leach lines have failed.
Was able to clear customers clog from snaking front bathroom sink. Pulled back large amounts of hair. Tried performing camera inspection from cleanout for kitchen sink but drain had a lot of sludge built up in line and could not see anything. Recommended hydrojetting line for $295.00
Customer had a lot of sludge stuck in black rubber hose that connects air gap to garbage disposal. Was able to clear out debris. Ran several cycles and everything was draining properly.
