Customer has visible water damage occurring to laminate flooring under dining room table and also has moisture in walls. Recommend performing proper mitigation in order to stop further issues Performed water/mold remediation as needed. After demo was complete performed water test and found that customer has several areas on exterior of home where water was entering. Recommended addressing these issues to avoid further damage
Customer wishes to have existing bathroom renovated to include new tiled flooring and walls as well as new sink and toilet installed PO #27840
Customer wishes to have toilet on loading dock replaced. They currently have a flush assist toilet and wish to have it replaced with a new toilet with the flush assist tank Installed new Sloan pressure assist toilet. upon removal of existing toilet we found that the flange was installed at an improper height which resulted in us having to add shims to toilet to level out and keep from rocking. If customer continues to have issues with toilet, we recommend lowering flange height to allow for proper installation
Upon arrival I found customer had large amounts of mineral buildup in urinal drain restricting flow leading to slow draining. Snaked drain to remove build up and also found that flushometer port was clogged leading to the constant running. Cleared port and flushed urinal several times. If issue persists then I recommend performing a Sloan valve rebuild of urinal flush valve
Customer had mold growth occurring throughout walls of bathroom that she wishes to have remediated.
Customer wishes to have estimate for existing tiled floor and walls in bathroom to be removed and replaced as well as a new toilet and sink installed
Far right urinal was clogged and draining slowly. Snake p trap of urinal as well as through cleanout to remove clog. Flushed several times and everything was draining properly
Applied treatment to concrete in backyard and removed mold present. Customer also had me inspect water damaged flooring under dinning room table. Found there was still moisture present in the flooring and surrounding walls. Recommend performing proper mitigation and doing further inspection to determine where the water is coming from to prevent further damage.
Customer wanted estimate for drywall repairs, shower valve replacement as well as renovations to master bathroom
Attempted to auger toilet but was unable to remove clog. Toilet was also leaking at base. Removed toiler and snaked drain and pulled out large amounts of blue paper towels. Replaced wax ring and re set toilet
After further inspection I found that clog was not designated to just the urinals but the bathroom sink was affected as well. Snaked from cleanout above ADA urinal to clear clog. Also ran cable snake through each of the urinals to just clear any build jump that may be accumulating in the P traps. Ran water for several minutes and everything was draining properly.
Customer has roof damage that lead to water damage throughout home. Customer stated she called her insurance and has someone out there to inspect roof and associated damage. Explained to customer to get back with us in regards to their findings and what they were going to cover. Attempted to reach out to customer several times but got no response
Customer had a tail piece under kitchen sink that was cut to short and was leaking. Installed new customer supplied tail piece.
Snaked bathtub via overlfow to clear clog. Ran water for several minutes and everything was draining properly
The threads for the existing shower head arm were broken off inside the 90 in the wall. Was able to carefully cut out the old threads and thread in a new shower head arm
