Attempted to auger toilet but was unable to remove clog. Toilet was also leaking at base. Removed toiler and snaked drain and pulled out large amounts of blue paper towels. Replaced wax ring and re set toilet
After further inspection I found that clog was not designated to just the urinals but the bathroom sink was affected as well. Snaked from cleanout above ADA urinal to clear clog. Also ran cable snake through each of the urinals to just clear any build jump that may be accumulating in the P traps. Ran water for several minutes and everything was draining properly.
Customer has roof damage that lead to water damage throughout home. Customer stated she called her insurance and has someone out there to inspect roof and associated damage. Explained to customer to get back with us in regards to their findings and what they were going to cover. Attempted to reach out to customer several times but got no response

Customers downstairs shower head is really loose and needs to be strapped Removed back of cabinet and drywall located behind shower head in order to properly strap the loose shower head. Recommended opening drywall above toilet to expose where shower venting ties into toilet vent in order to attempt to perform further snaking of showers. Opened drywall above master toilet of unit 855 C to gain access to venting for showers of both units B and C. Removed section of vent and performed snaking. Was able tile remove clog and restore proper flow to both showers. Installed a cleanout in wall to allow for future access to shower drains
attempted to snake both units shower but was unsuccessful. Cable snake just kept crossing connection under ground and coming up I’m opposite shower. Attempted to snake via roof but shower vent tied into vent for toilet in wall and was unable to gain access to venting for shower. Recommend opening drywall above toilet where shower vent ties into toilet vent. Once this is exposed I can attempt to open up vent for shower and run cable down vent in attempt to clear clog
Snaked bathtub via overflow and removed large amounts of hair. Ran shower for several minutes and everything was draining properly
Performed hydrojetting to kitchen drain via exterior clesnout. Pulled out large amounts of sludge. Performed camera inspection and drains appeared to be in good shape Also cleared out large amounts of build up in tubular drains located under kitchen sink. Attempted to clear out port for garbage disposal but appeared to have parts of plastic stuck in the port and left side was still draining slowly. Recommended replacement of garbage disposal
Snaked far back bathroom sink from cleanout in order to remove clog. There was a lot of build up and sludge inside line. Ran water for several minutes and everything was draining properly. If customer continues to have issues with clogs, recommend performing descaling. Attempted to run camera for inspection but was unable to get past approximately 10’ because of the amount of turns Replaced men’s bathroom faucet cartridge near loading dock Replaced toilet in office bathroom. Existing toilet was cracked
Customers master bathroom was backed up. Removed clog via roof vent. There was large amounts of toilet paper build up on the inside of the drains. Recommended performing descaling and hydrojetting To prevent future issues and cleanout the inside of the drains
