I have used this company before for other plumbing service and they are great. This time they removed my existing fiberglass bathtub unit and replaced it with a brand new one. They got everything done in one day, to include the drywall patching all with their own employees! They have a lifetime customer!
Quick service on a Sunday afternoon. Replaced my entire water service from the meter to the front of the house. Clean and professional service. Definitely recommend them.
Was able to snake customers laundry drain, ran several loads through washer and everything was draining properly Crawled customers house in order to inspect laundry line. During inspection I found several things that where not done properly. One being customers laundry drain 1.5” when it should be a 2” diameter drain. The other issue I saw was customers drain was not connected to laundry box and instead was dangling several inches beneath the laundry box in the wall. Recommended opening drywall and removing old laundry drain and plumbing in new laundry drain with proper 2” piping and connecting to laundry box properly.
Installed pressure regulator at customers water feed where it enters the house
Replaced customers angle stop on hot side of front bathroom sink. Also replaced customers tub spout due to it dripping when diverter was raised. Explained to customer that the dripping is normal and that the diverter were not built to be water tight
Customers T&P line had a steady drip. Checked pressure and pressure was at 150 psi. Recommended replacing regulator as the first step to see if this solves the issue. Explained to customer that this isn’t a guarantee to fix the issue. If issue still persists then we will re- evaluate as next course of action. Returned and replaced customer ball valve and regulator. Ran water for several minutes and no water was coming out of the T&P line. Issue appears to have been fixed. Customers galvanized where old and had severe build up inside. Highly recommended performing a repipe
Customers compression fittings under kitchen sink because loose and were leaking. Tightened nuts and fixed the leaks. Ran water for several minutes and everything was draining properLy
Install two customer supplied toilets. Upon removal of master toilet we saw customers plastic flange was cracked on the left side and had a chunk missing. Installed repair kit to toilet flange and re-set toilet. Upon removal of customers secondary toilet we noticed customers flange was raised on the right side. Was able to install toilet and did not notice any leaks. Explained to customer eventually the flange will need to be replaced.
Customer reported dripping tub spout. Replaced customers Moen shower valve cartridge. When I removed old cartridge rubber gaskets where very old and brittle which was most likely causing the steady drip. Customers tub spout was also very corroded and not opening and closing properly. Replaced tub spout with new chrome Moen tub spout.
We performed air testing as well as in wall testing for mold in customers garage bathroom. Results of the testing show that customer has really high levels of aspergillus/penicillium in the in wall cavities of bathroom wall next to shower. We recommend doing a flood cut of customers perimeter drywall in bathroom of about 4’ high removing insulation in the walls and treating remaining studs. Doing this flood cut will allow us to visually inspect to see how far the mold has traveled and help better determine if anymore demo needs to be done. As of now we have the end of next week available to begin the demo, but our schedule is filling. Sooner customer gives us approval to get started the sooner we can get them added to the schedule and get a spot locked in.

Customer had a leak in her water service near water meter. Previous plumber did a temporary repair that had failed. Cut out section of pvc and plumbed in new section.
Was able to clear customers clog from roof access on vent. Ran camera and customer had lots of grease in line causing the clog. Was able to flush out most of the grease. Also noticed customers kitchen line was detected at a no hub under the house. The connected line for customer. Recommended if customer continues to have clogs to perform hydrojeting.
Customer had several things around the house she wishes to have estimates for Replaced all of Customers faucets as well as hand towels in both bathrooms. Customer had mold growth in left master bathroom faucet cabinets. Did not see any active leaks and drywall was dry. I believe it was from an old leak. Did surface treatment of mold but recommend doing proper remediation in order to remove all mold in area.
Customer had mold testing that came back positive. Wishes to have estimate for mold remediation. Performed mold remediation in designated areas that where tested and came back for mold in bathroom and laundry room. Demoed customers shower as well as flooring in upstairs bathroom and removed large portion of ceiling in laundry room. Upon demoing bathroom we noticed majority of the mold was behind and around shower and for the laundry room most of the mold was on the drywall that ran along the floor joist. Performed surface treatment to studs and wood framing as well as fogging each of the rooms and entire house. Performed air testing in these areas as well. Recommended to customer to have an independent company come out and perform testing as well if they wish.
Customer wished to have drywall patched beneath kitchen sink. Patched drywall behind customers sink. Customer stated that they would paint the drywall themselves.
Typed up estimate to have plumbing work done.
