Chandler from schulke pluming came out and disinfected my entire house from the Corona virus. He was able to get it all done with in an hour and the treatment lasts up to 90 days. Definitely recommend schuelke plumbing!
I had a water line leak on the side of my house and I had schuelke plumbing over to fix it. They did a great job and had fair prices. I will definitely be using them again
Upon inspection we noticed customer had severe water damage and mold growth occurring under master vanity and surround drywall and hallway closet. Inspected water meter and meter was not moving. We where able to locate two separate leaks. One being the angle stop on the cold side of left sink and the other being the toilet. Recommended replacing leaking angle stop as well as toilet gasket. Also highly recommended performing proper mold mitigation before moving in to residence.
Customer wished to have estimate for supplied softening system. Was not able to get ahold of customer for necessary info for estimate
Snaked customers tub and pulled out large amounts of hair. Ran water after and everything was draining properly
Customer has kitchen drain line that separated causing water damage in kitchen. Separation was located in concrete under kitchen cabinets and countertops instead of having to remove and possibly damage counter tops to perform a spot repair, we opted for performing a re- route of kitchen drain to the side of the house and connect to the main sewer line where it exits near water heater. Customer already had a company performing the mitigation needed.
Removed customers old master bathroom toilet and installed new customer supplied American standard toilet.
Customer wishes to have estimate for re- routing kitchen line
Replaced customers Moen shower valve cartridge
Customers 40 gallon water heater was leaking in the garage. Replaced Watet heater with new 40 gallon Bradford white water heater. Upon removal of the old water heater I noticed customer had severe water damage to water heater closet as well as inside of the house in the kitchen, laundry room, and living room. Recommended doing proper remediation. Quoted approximately $8-10,000 from demo and Drydown. Explained a separate quote could be given for our back once demo was done.
The bottom union of the pressure regulator was leaking water. Examined the union and noticed it was loose. The leaks stop once the union was properly tightened. Ran water through the hose bib and no other leaks were located.
Attempted to auger customer toilet and pulled back roots. Pulled toilet and saw roots growing up between toilet flange and concrete. Ran camera and didn’t see any issues with drains. Recommended to remove tiles around toilet flange to remove rest of the roots and seal large gap between flange and concrete with more concrete to prevent roots from growing back. Was able to chip away tile around toilet flange in order to remove roots and pour concrete in gap to fill gaps. Re set toilet and flushed several times. Everything was draining properly.
Customer stated he had low water pressure in bathroom sink and bathroom shower. Was able to remove shower head and aerator for bathroom faucet and remove debris which was causing the pressure issue. Customer also stated bathroom sink only had hot water and kitchen sink only had cold water. I believe the previous plumber switched the line when doing the renovation. Quoted approximately $850.00 to remove vanity and open drywall in order to re do the water line to allow hot and cold for both bathroom, sink and kitchen sink.
Customers filtration system under kitchen sink ruptured and flooded out cabinets and flooring. Strongly recommend doing proper remediation to prevent mold growth. Also checked customers water pressure which was at 120psi. Recommended removing gate valve by meter and installing ball valve and new pressure regulator
Re routed customers gas line from under ground to going into the side of the house behind cabinets an re-connecting behind kitchen stove.
Gave customer estimate for full house re-pipe. Customer had already had the hallway tub demoed and leak discovered.
