It was a pleasure having you work on our plumbing needs/clog kitchen sink.
Guys are very friendly and went out of their way to satisfy this customer!
Polite and friendly service.
Chandler was great about walking me through entire process explaining what needed to be done at each location in the house. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. He represents your company well.

Chandler from schulke pluming came out and disinfected my entire house from the Corona virus. He was able to get it all done with in an hour and the treatment lasts up to 90 days. Definitely recommend schuelke plumbing!
I had a water line leak on the side of my house and I had schuelke plumbing over to fix it. They did a great job and had fair prices. I will definitely be using them again
Installed a new Moen flo sense valve as well as a new pressure regulator and quarter turn brass shut off valve
Replaced all three if customers bathroom faucets with customer supplied faucets.
Customer had several issues they wanted me to look at to include a leaky toilet at the base, dripping tub spout as well as mold and moisture located in wall. Typed up and emailed over estimates to address these issues
Customers bathroom sink was leaking from packing nuts as well as drain stopper. Tightened nuts and also noticed customers drain wasn’t draining. Snaked drain and removed large amounts of hair. Customer had large amounts of build up and corrosion occurring on exterior of P trap assembly. If they continue to have issues I recommended replacing these drains
Customer had water seeping underneath the base of the toilet. After removing toilet it was determined that the wax ring was the issue. Customer also has the tile set about a half inch above the flange, which is the reason why there isn’t a good seal. Two wax rings were added to the customer flange and after resetting the toilet, I flushed it 5 and did not see any water at the base. The issue has been resolved.
Upon arrival customer made me aware of a leak that was coming from the kitchen sink. After inspecting the leak it was determined that the customer had water releasing from the faucet due to possibly high pressure. I recommended to the customer that she have her faucet replaced. So did bought a new faucet and installed it. After the faucet was installed there was no more water leaking. Customer also made me aware that she had a slab leak in the recent past. I checked her water pressure level and she did indeed have high pressure reading at 100 psi. The customer did not have a pressure reducing valve. Customer then had me install a pressure reducing valve with a new quarter turn ball valve.
Upon arrival customer told me that there was actually only one clog in the guest bathroom toilet. Ran the water in the sink to make sure it wasn’t a main line clog. After a while, was confident that it was only a toilet clog. Ran the auger down the toilet and after finishing, I flushed the toilet 5 times and water was going down with no problem.
Tenants kitchen drain was clogged and attempted to clear the drain from the accessible clean out. After trying to clear the line for almost 2 hours was not successful. A camera was put down the line to see what was causing the clog and was also not able to see what was going on because there was not visibility after approximately 5 ft into the line. The camera was hitting something hard 25 ft into the and located the camera underneath the master bedroom toilet.
Customers main sewer line was clogged, was able to clear the clog from an accessible clean out. Clog appears to have happened from wipes being flushed down main sewer line. Ran a camera down the sewer line and found bellies in the sewer line and that it needs to be descaled. The reason for the descaling is because it was determined that there is some junk in the sewer line that needs to be cleared out to prevent a future clog again. The descaling would entail, using a stronger snake with a claw to clean the sewer line by scraping the sewer line walls.
Customer’s pressure reducing valve was leaking pretty good from initial inspection. Highly recommend rebuilding hose bib riser. But also sent an estimate for just replacing the PRV. Also noticed the hose bib in customer’s backyard was leaking a lot as well. Recommend replacing hose bib by sweating off old one and replacing with a copper MIP coupling and threading on new hose bib.
Replaced customers water heater
Upon inspection we noticed customer had severe water damage and mold growth occurring under master vanity and surround drywall and hallway closet. Inspected water meter and meter was not moving. We where able to locate two separate leaks. One being the angle stop on the cold side of left sink and the other being the toilet. Recommended replacing leaking angle stop as well as toilet gasket. Also highly recommended performing proper mold mitigation before moving in to residence.
Customer wished to have estimate for supplied softening system. Was not able to get ahold of customer for necessary info for estimate
Snaked customers tub and pulled out large amounts of hair. Ran water after and everything was draining properly
Customer has kitchen drain line that separated causing water damage in kitchen. Separation was located in concrete under kitchen cabinets and countertops instead of having to remove and possibly damage counter tops to perform a spot repair, we opted for performing a re- route of kitchen drain to the side of the house and connect to the main sewer line where it exits near water heater. Customer already had a company performing the mitigation needed.
