Customer wishes to have the entire wall from window over to the left removed as well as the fire block and have mold remediation performed. Performed mold remediation to wall. Due to not knowing exactly how many locations, or test they would like to perform this estimate is a per test estimate When performing visual inspection of attic I did find some. Old occurring on top of drywall which I recommended to have properly remediated. Performed 7 total test to the following areas - air test of attic -air test of living room/kitchen - air test of master bedroom and bathroom - in wall cavity test in entry way (below door bell alarm speaker) - in wall cavity test above window by tv - in wall vanity test above dinning room table - in wall cavity test of garage wall above garage door. Customers existing sewer main located under street has collapsed and needs to be replaced. City came out and stated the sewer line is currently orangeburg and needs to be replaced. In order to perform repair we will need to pull permits through city in order to dig up street and perform repair. Attempted to perform camera inspection but due to pipe being collapsed I was unable to see full extent of damage. Once repair is done we will perform further camera inspection to make sure there are not further issues. If further issues are found a separate price for repair can be provided. 1st installment will be collected as a deposit prior to start date. 2nd installment will be collected after the sewer line replacement is done Final installment will be collected upon completion (after backfill and asphalt patching)

We cut a section of drywall approximately 18/18inches . Behind the water heater to repair the leak and. cut up to2 ft of 3/4”cooper pipe. The work was done on the cold water line that feeds the water heater. We’also replaced the shut-off valve on the water heater
Customers existing shower valve was leaking. Replaced with new Moen valve
Customer wishes to have two estimates to have both of her bathrooms remodeled
After inspection of system I found leak was on shut off valve feeding water heater. Appears the drain port for valve because loose, spraying water inside water heater closet in back of home. Tightened port to stop leak. Leak had caused water damage throughout flooring of home. Recommend performing proper mitigation to avoid further damage inside of home Hot and cold water lines inside water heater closet are poorly installed and are touching venting of water heater. This could eventually lead to the hot venting melting the plastic water lines, recommend reconfiguring the hot and cold water lines to prevent them from touching venting in water heater
