We were referred to Schuelke plumbing by a property management firm who does lots of work for us. We had previously used two other plumbing companies we were unhappy with. Chandler was very precise in determining where the leak was under the slab of my home. I was impressed with the way they covered up furniture prior to starting work. The attention to detail was phenomenal and all of the drywall cuts were such that patching would be easy and straightforward. Any questions that I had was answered satisfactorily and professionally. My experience with Schuelke Plumbing over all was great. The workers were dependable and neat and the scope of my project were restroom remodels. It involved restroom demo.'s with new shower wall/tub install; new vanity, paint, fixtures, etc. The workmanship was done with care and quality. My restrooms look beautiful.

Called schuelke plumbing because my sewer was backing up into my house. Talked their office and they where able to get their technician chandler out to my house with in the hour. My husband and I needed emergency plumbing service because of a leak. Schuelke came immediately at 8:30 at night. They stopped the leak. The next day began repair on all extensive water damage and worked with our homeowner's insurance. Schuelke worked professionally with our schedules and always kept lines of communication open. They e-mailed all quotes and invoices, keeping the financial end transparent. Drywall replacement and painting were required. Every precaution was taken to protect the floors and the rest of the house. We also had them check a leak on our roof. Which was detected and repaired in a very timely maner. Arrived and found the main line is clogged. There are no floor cleanouts accessible inside the building.The lower terminal(external) cleanout on the south side of the building is covered in dirt unable to locate it. Ran a cable snake and cleared paper towels from the line. A camera inspection revealed heavy build up of scale and sludge in the cast iron section of the sewer. Unable to pass the camera beyond where the line transitions to the outside due to the poor condition of the pipe. Highly recommend digging up the sewer line on the exterior of the building and hydrojetting and descaling the cast iron. If not, the line will continue to clog. A proposal for hydrojetting will be submitted.
Arrived and found that the issue is with the wall hung lavatory sinks. They are back to back and share a common drain. Tried to snake with the auger, unsuccessfully. The western lav sink needs a new ptrap, 1 1/4 tailpiece extension and strainer as well. See photos Snaked sink via sink drain to clear clog and Installed new tailpiece, p trap and tubular extension piece. Ran water for several minutes and everything was draining properly
Jetted sewer main from cleanout located in kitchen of restaurant and snaked two of the sinks. The sink where dishwasher is located I ran snake from cleanout but my snake kept coming up floor sink in front desk area. This leads me to believe that this section of drain is plumbed in incorrect. Ran water in sinks for several minutes and everything was draining properly. Was unable to run camera through sink clesnout due to access
Performed mold treatment to upstairs shower/bathroom. Bathroom had very poor ventilation which is what I believe to be the cause of the mold growth. Recommend installing a ventilation fan in order to aid with the condensation build up when showering. Also recommended opening bathroom door and window while showering.

Customer has mold on surface of exposed concrete. Recommended installation of dehumidifier and performing proper mold mitigation Performed leak testing on exterior of home and found that moisture was entering from exterior window. Recommended replacement of window or performing proper sealing to prevent moisture entering when raining.
Connected to existing 1” copper and existing 2” gas lines above head and ran new 3/4” gas and water lines over to location of stove. Installed isolation valves to make for easy service in future.
Performed leak detection and pressure test on customers potable water system and didn’t see any signs of an active leak. Performed pressure test for approximately 15 minutes and pressure held steady which is an indication that there is no leak. Inspected exterior walls to affected areas and did notice a few areas that could be resulting to the water damage. Customers sprinklers on the side of the house where pointed towards stucco wall which could be causing the water to enter, as well as some possible issues with the roof. Recommended having roof inspected as well to make sure there are no leaks or issues which could be leading to water entering the room. Adjusted sprinklers to try and prevent them from spraying stucco and recommend performing proper mold remediation before installing new flooring
Performed snaking via clesnout for kitchen sink and mainline. Followed up with camera inspection and exiting ABS drains appeared to be in good condition with no issues
Customer reported that their 50 gallon Bradford white water heater we r out. I was able to re-lite water heater and performed inspection and everything appeared to be working properly. Explained to customer that if they continue to have issues with water heater that we recommended replacement since it’s already close to 20 years old.
Customer has two locations in area drains that we were unable to get past with our drain cleaning and camera equipment. Recommended to customer to dig these sections up and attempt to remove the roots box we can provide further camera inspection so we can make sure there are no other issues Attempted to perform repairs on above sections but due to the amount of roots we were unable to get the line opened and draining. Due to the severity of the root intrusions I strongly recommend replacement of all area drains. But at minimum replacement of the sections we have dug ups typed up estimate for repairing and running new drains for the front two area drains. Customer stated they will have to wait till a later date before thinking about replacing the back drains
Customers existing toiler is leaking from tank and wishes to have it replaced Installed new toilet for upstairs bathroom
Attempted snaking and hydrojetting customers area drains but was unable to get past two locations due to an excessive amount of root build up. Was also unable to locate termination point of area drains. Recommended to customer to have us dig up the two locations we were unable to get past in order to try and determine where the drains ran and attempt to remove the roots
Upon arrival customer had already had Cody come and perform leak detection and line tracing. Customer stated that the line leaking was from the manifold behind the bathroom vanity which fed the bathroom shower. After further inspection I found the Copper line ended up leaking between manifolds behind shower and to left of toilet. Re routed line. Checked meter after repair was done and meter was no longer moving. Customer also had water damage to surrounding carpet and manifold. Recommended performing proper water mitigation to prevent further damage.
