Under sink leak

I called this company way after 9pm thinking I would have to leave a message for a call back. To my surprise the owner answered, listened to what I needed and said someone will be there between 8-10 am. They arrived on time, repaired the pipes, cleaned up and educated me on maintenance and left me a happy returning customer if need be. I highly recommend this company.

Customer requested that we patch, texture and paint the ceiling and walls in the family room after the tub/shower in the master bathroom above it leaked, causing damage. This work was performed prior to the insurance company approving any repair costs.

The customer requested a proposal for a complete bathroom remodel. This estimate is based on the customer performing all demo to allow for installation of new materials. The proposal also DOES NOT include cost of tile for the shower enclosure and the flooring.

Installed new 75 gallon Bradford white water heater. Customers existing water heater was hard piped in so we used the existing brass unions to re connect water heater as well as the existing fittings for re connecting recirculating pump. Upon arrival the exiting water heater was leaking which caused water damage to the surrounding walls. Recommended removal of drywall and placement of air movers to prevent mold growth.

Attempted to clear clog via roof vent. Was able to get line draining but was unable to perform camera inspection due to an improper fitting in the ground as not letting me pass. Highly recommend digging this T fitting and removing and plumbing in with proper fitting. Also recommend installing a mainline cleanout

After inspection of customers plumbing via access panel on exterior wall I found that customers copper line for tub spout had bursted while customer was showering and caused severe water damage to walls around tub enclosure, subfloor as well as ceiling in drywall in the family room under the master bathroom. Recommended to customer to perform proper mitigation to help prevent further damage.

Cleared clog via roof access. Performed camera inspection and saw what appeared to be the plastic covering to a tampon, feminine products should not be flushed down drains. The old cast iron also had build up which is also attributing to the frequent clogs. Recommended installation of cleanout in back yard in order to allow for access for descaling and cleaning of sewer main in attempt to prevent future clogs. Also notched that the finish on bathtub is peeling off and getting stuck in the shower drain causing it to drain slowly. Recommend having tub cleaned to remove sections of finish that are coming off. Cusuomer will continue to have clogs until these issues are addressed

Upon arrival noticed the cold side angle stop was leaking in the downstairs bathroom. Recommend replacing both hot and cold angle stops. After testing for leaks noticed the bathroom faucet drain was leaking due to a damaged washer recommend replacing the whole p-trap but customer just wanted the tail piece and p trap replaced and left the accordion drain alone. Checked water pressure for customer and it was recorded at 70 psi. Checked for water damage and after inspection it was determined that customer does indeed have water damage on the drywall in the bathroom and as well the wall outside the bathroom. Recommended to customer proper mitigation for prevention of water growth.

Customer has water damage and mold under kitchen sink. Wishes to have mold remediated. Removed water damaged drywall under kitchen sink and treated studs for mold. Also noticed customer has a gap between counter top and drywall behind kitchen sink where water was seeping through. Recommended to customer to properly seal this gap to prevent water to continue to leak down wall.
