The Schuelke Plumbing service representative was honest with me about how he was going to repair my mom's plumbing problem. They replaced her entire sewer line with minimal digging and now me and my mother have peace of mind! I thank the Lord for sending Schuelke Plumbing over. God bless them.

Customer has mold growth and water damage occurring to left kitchen cabinet as a result of a water leak. They wish to have estimate to have mold remediation performed. Removed back of cabinet and flooring under cabinet left to sink in order to remove mold present in the area. Customer still had moisture present on subfloor and subfloor was beginning to bubble up. Removed the damaged material I could via access without being able to remove cabinets and treated studs and subfloor with mold inhibitor. Explained that without removing flooring snd backing of cabinet located under kitchen it’s difficult to determine if mold traveled past the area that was worked on. Recommended letting cabinet and subfloor dry completely before patching drywall

Customer reported moisture on stucco in dog run and water on the floor. Performed inspection as well as a pressure test on potable water system. Everything I saw indicated there was no leak. Drywall on the backside of the stucco was dry as well. It appears the dogs use this corner to urinate on which is leading to the moisture build up on stucco.
