I live in San Francisco and called for my elderly mother who lives in Riverside. We have had ongoing issues with her sewer line clogging. I have always had trust issues with all repair companies from roofing, painters, plumbers, etc. I know longer have that problem since Robert from Schuelke Plumbing came to my house. I called Schuelke Plumbing on Sunday, 7-2-17, and left my info with the receptionist. I got a call back from Robert with 10 minutes. Robert said he would be on site within two hours and arrived early. I went with the hydro jetting after he explained it to me. The hydro jetting pulled a massive amount of grease and sludge from the kitchen drain line. I have zero issues with the kitchen drain now. Robert was very friendly and professional. I am very happy with the quality of service I received from Robert at Schuelke Plumbing.

Customer believed to have a leak in the bathroom shower of the casita. After inspecting the shower and the meter it was determine that there is more than likely no leak. But did inform customer that if things seem to. E getting worse to give us a call.
Upon arrival garbage disposal was clog with debris in it. After loosening up the blades the garbage disposal started to drain. Ran the garbage disposal after to make sure everything was functioning correctly and it was determined the issue was resolved.
Customer had a flush valve that had a constant trinkle due to the flapper not getting a good seal. Replaced it with a new flush valve and now the customer has their issue resolved.
After crawling customers building I found the leak to be at a 1” x 3/4 copper T. Removed the T and plumbed in new section. Turned water back on and did not see any further leaks. Checked customers pressure which was over 90psi. Recommended to customer to replace regulator and adjust pressure to below 75 psi
After inspecting the plumbing issues at tenants home, there were two issues found. A clog toilet and a bathroom faucet with low pressure. The first issued was cleared after using an auger push the lodged object stuck in the toilet drain to the main sewer line. The second issue was not able to be fixed because a possible solution would be to order an aerator tool remover in order to remove the aerator from the bathroom faucet and flush out the debris that is in the faucet. Or the second solution would be to order new bathroom faucets because the original faucets are severely calcified and could causing the low pressure.
Inspected attic space and discovered water seeping in through the roof vent. Need to seal vent properly and perform water damage mitigation in the Furnace Closet ceiling.
Customers water heater bursted and flooded out laundry room, bathroom and hallway
Checked customers pressure entering the house and was at about 60psi. I adjusted pressure to 70psi. Is customer is still having issues with pressure fluctuating then I recommended replacing regulator and also checking Aerators at faucets to make sure they aren’t clogged.
Customer had a leaking water heater do to possibly the galvanized lines being heavily corroded and thus causing a leak do to the small corroded pieces entering the water heater and knocking on the old Rheem water heater. Customer supplied the Bradford White water heater and parts. Highly recommend customer to consider the heavily corroded galvanized water lines be replaced to prevent future leaks or floods.
Customer had a large hole in their 1” soft copper For water service. This section of copper was rough and had some corrosion. If Customer continues to have leak then I recommend replacement of water service.
The customer requested a proposal for mitigation of possible mold in the ceiling of the bathroom at 1793 Loma Vista. Upon inspection, it appeared there were two potential causes of the mold/mildew build up on the ceiling. The visible issues above the tub/shower are consistent with lack of use of ventilation when using the tub or shower. There is also paint peeling and bubbling above the vanity appears to be caused by a potential plumbing leak from the bathroom of the unit upstairs. The entire ceiling of the bathroom needs to be removed in order to mitigate the mold issues. Once the ceiling has been removed, we can inspect the plumbing of the upstairs unit for any leaks.
Customer had cleanout out backside of kitchen sink. Due to framing and drywall surrounding the cleanout I was unable to unthread the galvanized cap. Had to remove p trap and snake from under kitchen sink. Was unable to perform camera inspection due to the way the drains where plumbed in. Appeared abs MIP was not threaded into galvanized nipple properly as well. Recommended re configuring ABS MIP and 45 to properly plumb in stub out for drain
Removed customers drains from under sink and snaked drain. Pulled back plastic and hair. Ran sinks for several minutes and everything was draining
Flushed out debris from customers kitchen faucet
Customers water heater has bursted and started leaking flooding out the water heater closet, laundry room, hallway and bathroom. Recommended performing proper water mitigation to prevent further damage. Customers old galvanized water lines and had large amounts of debris in them restricting water flow. Explained to customer that eventually these water lines will need to be replaced.
