Performed inspection on irrigation. Checked pressure via hose bib that was ran off irrigation system and pressure was at 65psi which is with in the recommended pressure of 55-75psi. Attempted to adjust pressure via regulator for irrigation system but regulator was not adjusting. If customer wishes to have an increase in pressure we will have to replace regulator and adjust to approximately 75-80psi. Turned on each individual zone for sprinklers in backyard and all zones seemed to have adequate pressure besides the zone in the backyard that controls the side of the home. This zone is also the zone I recommend replacing of irrigation control valve due to it continually leaking. By replacing this control valve it should restore proper pressure to this area and eliminate the constant leak. This valve is located second from left in the backyard.
