Customer wishes to have all flooring and baseboards throughout unit except bathrooms to be replaced with new luxury vinyl flooring. They also wish to have sinks in BH room and blue lab area to be removed, new counter tops installed and shelves installed in cabinets. As well as have the one of the work stations in the back to have cabinet removed and installed new a new location and have counter top installed to be taking up whole space
