Arrived at customers house for system not cooling. On arrival. Customer show me upstairs to air handler unit. Opened off air handler unit and inside was extremely dirty. All filters are impacted. Turned on unit at thermostat. Condenser turned on but air handler fan did not. this unit is in our 22 system from 2008. Informed customer they would need a new fan motor. Due to age of unit. I suggested customers get consultation for a new unit. Customers agree. Getting consultation out here tonight. Will track down, a new fan to also get pricing for that. Unit is out of warranty date.
