Called out today due to no cooling. Upon arrival system was running but client stated that there was an intermediate issue with the condenser fan. Inspected unit and found that the capacitor was way out of manufacture specifications. Client has lived here for two years and never had maintenance performed on the system. Gave options for enrolling into preventative maintenance plans and repairs. Client chose warranty capacitor and an annual maintenance agreement. Performed first tune up today. Checked all electronics and motor components to ensure equipment is operating properly within manufacture specifications. Tightened all wire connections. Measured the temperature drop across the coil. Cleared drain pan and line. Outside I removed the fan from the condenser and cleaned the coil from the inside out.
