Called out today due to no cooling. Upon arrival I found the drain line clogged which tripped the float switch. Gave options for a flush and go VS enrolling in preventative maintenance. Client opted to enroll in maintenance agreement. Used today as the first tune up. Checked all electronics and motor components to ensure equipment is operating properly within manufacture specifications. Checked filter and cleared drain line. Measured the temperature drop across the coil. Outside I vacuumed the drain line clear from outside port. Removed the fan from the condenser and cleaned the coil from the inside out.
