Arrived at customers house for system inspection. On arrival customer showed me to air handler. Unit in bathroom. Air handler unit has bio growth on wiring. Check underneath evaporator coil and underneath evaporator coil is heavily impacted from debris. Suggesting customers get consultation on the system due to it being about 10 years old and I’m having prior problems. Informed customers consultation is free but they do not wish to get comfort adviser out there today. Talked to customers about UV light as well as a coil pull and clean. Unit is producing proper delta. T. No water is seen in overflow Reservoir. Float switch currently working. Went outside to condenser and condenser is not equipped with a surge protector. Pointed out to customers and suggested they get one. Open electric cabinet and all wiring was secured. Tested components. Contactor sending proper voltage. Capacitor within acceptable range. Vacuumed out condensate line and heard good. Vacuum at air handler unit. Custo
