Performed preventative maintenance tune up. Checked blower motor operation and inspected evaporator coil condition. The evaporator coil is clean and free of debris. The blower wheel is dirty and has biological growth in the air handler unit. Highly recommend a new germicidal uvc light to prevent biological growth in air handler coil. Recommend pull and clean blower wheel to help reduce electrical bills and keep unit cooling properly. Checked safety float switch and inspected drain line. Cleaned vacuumed drain pan and drain line. Flushed drain line with water and primed drain line. Checked ductwork connections and and inspected the attic insulation. Tight attic and ductwork is good connections. Checked thermostat calibration and filter location. Customer has replaced filter. Cleaned rinse condenser coil and compressor deck. Check refrigerant levels and check test start up components. Unit has good capacitor, suggested new safety surge protector on condenser unit to prevent voltage spike
