Performed preventative maintenance tune up. Checked blower motor operation and inspected evaporator coil condition. Checked safety float switch and inspected drain line. Cleaned vacuumed drain pan and drain line. Flushed drain line with water and primed drain line. Checked thermostat calibration and filter location , customer has replaced filters home. Checked refrigerant levels and check test start up components. Recommend new hard start kit to help unit turn on and startups easier. Recommend new armaflex on drain line due to damage insulation.
