Upon arrival to the system scheduled maintenance, I was shown to the a/h unit in the front hallway closet. I immediately pulled off panel doors to inspect all electrical components connections, collect amp draw/voltage readings off electrical equipment, and check the evaporator coil for cleanliness. The a/h unit was installed within the last year and the evaporator coil is clean, as well as the cabinet and electrical components. All connections are secure and amp draw/voltage readings are within range of factory specifications. The d/t had a temperature difference of 17° and within normal range. I would recommend installing a UV light system in order to continue keeping the a/h clean and free of biological growth, as well as produce better indoor air quality.
