Complete no cool call. After inspection I found the float switch to be full of water. I cleared and flushed the drain line and ensured proper drainage. The evaporator coil is clean. I cycled and inspected the equipment for proper operation. System is now operating properly. Customer is now a prime maintenance member with us. There will be no charge as this a less than one year old install. Thank you for choosing Total Air!
