Customer concerned about unit not cooling properly. Customer mentioned the condenser fan motor is not working properly. Checked condenser unit operation and located condenser fan not spinning. Checked motor rotation and checked dual run start capacitor. The capacitor has failed and needs to be replaced. Capacitor has expired warranty in 2021. Provided an estimate for capacitor replacement and new safety surge protector on condenser unit to prevent voltage spikes and electrical failure on control board and compressor unit. Checked refrigerant levels and check test start up components. Unit is cooling well and drains at this time. Condenser coil replaced 2023. Customer has has approved for capacitor replacement.
