Arrived at customer's house for system inspection. On arrival customer showed me to air handler units in attic. Both air handlers were on. Air handler number 2 had some some water in the Pan but not enough to activate the drain Pan switch. Customer already had a vacuum up there. Customer vacuumed out secondary drain and I suggested customer get a drainsolve treatment. Customer agreed. Capped downstairs drain line and applied drain solve. Allowed drain solve to sit for about 20 minutes. Took off cap and ran about 2 gallons of warm water behind. Vacuumed out again and saw no drain debris. Both units air handler cabinets were dirty. Suggested IAQ again but customer currently has the house on the market. Both air handlers are creating proper Delta T. Next went outside to condensers. Opened electric cabinets and all wires were secured. Both electric cabinets have capacitors within acceptable range, and contactors sending proper voltage.
