Complete no cool call. After inspection I found multiple issues with the package unit. The refrigeration pressures were low. I added (3) lbs of 410a to get the system cooling. Once I finished charging the system the outdoor fan motor died. We will need to contact the homeowner with pricing and availability for the motor. The evaporator coil is also very dirty restricting airflow to the system. We will need to perform a clean in place on the coil to restore proper airflow. Once the coil is cleaned and the motor is replaced the system will be back in normal working order. I talked to the customer about replacing the system. He denied. All equipment info is entered there is also a picture of the data tag. Follow up Monday! Customer is now a prime maintenance member.
