Customer concerned about unit not cooling properly. Checked thermostat calibration and inspected equipment cabinet. Customer has mentioned they replaced the batteries in thermostat. Checked blower fan operation and checked thermostat wiring. Reset thermostat and test unit heat strip and checked thermostat calibration. Unit is cooling well and running properly. No issues found on package unit system. Unit has good safety surge protector on disconnect. Recommend new germicidal uvc light to prevent biological growth in air handler coil and blower wheel. Diagnostic fee.
