Called out today to replace a temperature sensor. Replaced sensor and wired in. System started up and I noticed that the fan motor was seized. Grabbed a condenser fan motor from trane and replaced it. System is operating properly. Checked refrigerant pressures. Tightened screws on bathroom vent to stop the rattling noise. Enrolled client for both systems in preventative maintenance plan. Thank you for always choosing Total Air!
