8/15/23 Upon arrival the customer wanted to have a new thermostat installed provided by him. The thermostat was a 1 heat 1 cool, and a 2 heat 1 cool is needed. I then reinstalled the old thermostat and confirmed the system was functioning. I checked the heat strip in the a/h and the d/t was 21° and within normal range. The customer will buy a new thermostat and have us install the correct one. Estimate added to install provided thermostat. I left it working and in cooling mode.
