Called out today to perform a precision tune up. Checked all electronics and motor components to ensure equipment is operating within manufacture specifications. Replaced client provided filter. Cleared drain line and cleaned out condensate pump. Measured the temperature drop across the coil. Equipment is still having trouble cooling since the last visit. Client has a quote from our comfort advisor and will pull the trigger when she’s ready. Her brother passed recently and she is taking care of his condo. She lives out of state.
