Arrived at customers house for system inspection. On arrival customer showed me to ductless split system. Customer informed me system in bedroom was leaking. Went to bedroom and saw system dripping from face of unit. Fan wheel is extremely dirty. Customer is convinced this is a drain line problem. Informed customer we will vacuum out drain lines, but this may not solve the problem. Due to the condition of the fan I am convinced I cannot send another cold air which is making the unit itself colder than it should be. This can make it possible for water vapor to condense on the cold face of the unit And drip down. Vacuumed out condensate lines and did not pull out much debris. Both units are creating proper delta. T. Both unit should definitely have the fan wheel clean. Customers are concerned at a vibration they have been hearing since install. Rubber pads underneath front of unit looked very worn down. Replaced with new rubber pads. Had customers listen inside for sound and customers d
