Upon arrival customer told me he just bought the house in the house with a flip. He wanted us to check out the unit and give him recommendations. Open up the air handler and found a lot of sheet rock dust in the blower and on the cabinet. Pulled the blower motor and cleaned the blower cabinet and wheel of all sheet rock dust. Also recommend the pure air X and with the UV I clean the evaporator coil in place. If they’re installing and cleaning the system now I turn the unit on heat and cool and everything is running as it should. Went into the attic and the ductwork is in good shape. There is no insulation in attic and the boots are metal and are not insulated good cause condensation and water spots in ceiling if not taken care of.
