I am a 1st time customer. I live in Davenport FL and had received noticed that the ac was not working properly in a home I recently inherited. I booked an appt online, and received a phone call within 2 hrs to confirm and discuss the problem. The young lady who called was very helpful, and upon learning that I was coming from out of town - told me that they would work within the time frame I had requested. Technician Jess was just the best. She explained the problem and the solution within 15 minutes, and patiently looked at pictures of my dogs. ( I forced her, after she mentioned hers! ) Believe me - to make an air conditioning problem into such a positive experience - You guys are really good! I'll spread the word!!!
