Called out today to perform a precision tune up. Checked all electronics and motor components to ensure equipment is operating properly within manufacture specification. Checked filter and informed client to replace one a month. Measured the temperature drop across the coil. Cleared the drain line and pan. Outside I removed the fan from the condenser and cleaned the unit from the inside out. Vacuumed drain line clear from outside port. Equipment is operating at this time…. But the machine is in terrible shape. Client is interested in being proactive and replacing his system before failure. Clients did not want to enroll in preventative maintenance at this time.
