Complete call for system running continuously. After inspection I found the relay inside the motor to be failed shut. The indoor fan will only turn off if the high voltage is removed. To restore proper function to the system we will have to replace the indoor motor. Indoor blower motor: Model- FZ4ANP060 Serial- 1818F03266 We will need to call the customer and update them on scheduling when we locate the motor. I advised the customer that using the system will not hurt anything as the indoor fan will just run continuously.
