Customer complaint no cool Upon arrival located condenser in back patio. Customer requested us to come back to diagnose the air handler. Upon arrival gained access to electrical section of the condenser. During inspection found the capacitor has failed (spoke with home owner, replaced faulty part) checked start up amperage. Took amperage of compressor and outdoor motor. Checked refrigerant levels. Will have to return to do complete diagnosis of the system. At this time customer said unit is blowing cold.
