Maintenance Completed maintenance on a strait cool split system. Checked all electrical components for proper voltage and amp draw. Both fan motors and compressor tested good. Electric heater tested good. System pressures are correct. 21 degree split temperature. Cleared drain line. Homeowner approved replaceing weak capacitor with t200 capacitor. Old capacitor reading 17 of 35 mfd required. Evaporator coil is dirty and needs to be cleaned. I am includuding quotes for cleaning and uvc light options. System cooling normally at this time.
