Customer concerned about unit not cooling properly. Checked blower motor operation and inspected evaporator coil condition. Checked thermostat calibration and filter location. Checked outside condenser unit and located the condenser fan motor is not spinning. Checked run capacitor and located the run capacitor is bad and needs to be replaced. Strongly recommend new safety surge protector on condenser unit to prevent voltage spikes and electrical failure on control board and compressor unit. Customer has approved for turbo capacitor replacement. Replaced the capacitor and checked unit operation. Checked refrigerant levels and check test start up components.
