Mounting condensers Homeowner needs condensers on property replaced. Existing wood platforms are rotted out and failing. We would need to replace with 36” aluminum air braces. We should be able to support the condenser with a genie lift while the new braces are installed and set condenser without removing the condenser completely. If lift works we will need : 36” aluminum air brace set. (X2) Concrete expanding bolts 6 per kit 12 total and concrete drill bit specified for bolt installation. Hurricane strap kit (x2) 2 technician 3 hours per unit total of 6 hours ******************** If condensers need to be removed we will need to add labor for : Pump systems down and cut copper line sets. Remove and re-install electrical high voltage and low voltage. 1 hour to vacuum lineset per unit.
