Got a new Daikon heat pump installed last year. Install went flawlessly and didn’t have any issues for >12 months. Had an issue during the recent cold snap, and they were quick to come out and service for free. They’re honest when you need something, and don’t push a sale if you don’t. Watkins (and Tony A.) rock. On top of that, they’re one of the few places in the Dayton area that also services my gas boiler system (house from 1950s).

Rob came out today to give me a quote for a tankless water heater install and whole home humidifier. We had a full HVAC system installed earlier this year by Watkins, and at that time I didn't even think about asking about the humidifier. We're going tankless because we want to remove our crumbling chimney. I submitted a request yesterday online, got a call yesterday afternoon, Rob came out today. The quote is reasonable, financing is available, and he said they could get it done soon. And Rob not only tolerated my crazy dogs, he welcomed their affection. 10/10
