Technicians that are educated and easy to understand

We have had our Trane Gas Furnace with air conditioner for two years. Each of the Technicians that came to our residence was excellent. I have a background in controls and Instruments for industry and normally can determine if someone is educated in his or her field. Other companies over the years had technicians that lacked the knowledge to address my problems, this resulted in me giving up or making the repairs myself. My opinion is that the Watkins group values its installation and service employee's and hires or/ and educates them to a very high level. Trained service employee's leave the customer HVAC equipment running efficiently and repairs or maintenance has been performed to allow the equipment to continue to operate a higher levels. So far this group has earned a score of A Plus. Well done.
