Excellent service but expensive!

The tech did a good job but it cost way more than the repair should have been. The cause was a loose wire which caused a short. The furnace was installed less than 2 years ago and wasn't secured properly when installed. I don't feel I should have had to pay as much as I did because it was was a faulty install.

Superb HVAC Install

Just wanted to give a shout out to Ryan and Doug for the very professional and helpful FULL replacement of our home's HVAC system. They were prompt, knowledgable, approachable, clean, courteous and simply put, VERY competent. After living and working in Germany where taxi drivers typically drive Mercedes, I observed that there is very sound logic in investing in a quality product that will last. I expected that from the equipment, but was very pleased that it extended to the installers themselves and the quality of THEIR work. Well done Ryan and Doug and well done Watkins.

2nd Install, Great Service!

My house has two HVAC units and this is my second time using Watkins to install my downstairs HVAC after it broke down. Ryan and Jacob did a great job with the installation, they were professional, courteous, clean, and quick to get it done! After installation the unit was not quite working properly as we noticed the day after, but Watkins came back out promptly and figured out the issue (easy fix, few DIP switches needed toggling on unit). Glad to have used their service again, and now with two great DAIKIN units installed, the house is very comfortable!
