Nick has provided service on our hvac units previously. He is courteous thorough and answers all of our questions.
Nick was on time and very professional. He did the seasonal tune up and diagnosed and fixed an issue with the wiring. All of this while being polite and professional.

Andy did a great job explaining what was happening to our Air conditioning system so I could understand what caused the problem and what he was going to do to take his evaluation step by step to be sure nothing was missed and could then eliminate areas not needing further attention. Joshua was the technician and he had been the one who had installed my geothermal heating system 7 years ago. I was very impressed with his work so when I found he was working at Watkins, I asked him to service my on-demand hot water heater. I had the appointment within 5 days and he was on time and once again did an excellent job. I felt the charge was about average but was happy to have someone I trusted to do the job regardless of the price of the service.
Fast, friendly, service. Brian and Andy checked system for malfunctions and communicated well with customer. Service scheduling personnel at Watkins Office were also very customer-oriented and understood the problem I was describing.
