Our Watkins technician, let's call him F, came over to see why our heater was having trouble maintaining the temperature on one of the coldest days this winter. He took his time to diagnose the issue, easily explaining any questions i had along the way. Its clear that Watkins prioritizes customer satisfaction above all else, and trains the employees on the value thereof. Would use again. 10/10.

Anthony is very knowledgeable of the system we had installed and actually gave us a tutorial of using the thermostat pad, changing the humidifier pad and air filter. Answered all our questions in detail and helped us to better understand our system’s capabilities. Would recommend this company Watkins for new install or maintenance of your current system. Ryan did a great job and stuck around to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving the job. It was apparent within seconds of arriving the the main issue was that the air filter hadn’t been changed in ages causing the issue my renter was experiencing. Even then he still checked ignition and made sure the furnace was running as efficiently as it should.
