Took water test and did well inspection. The buyers were not here to collect payment so we’re gonna have to reach out to the buyers for payment.
Install a Centaur regenerating carbon whole house filtration system
Replace 1 HP well pump with new wire. Pipe to be assessed and replaced as needed. We will advise as work proceeds.

Install dresser coupling and new well cap. Hand excavate 6" to 8".
