I guess the second time is literally the charm. I was not satisfied with the first technician. So I requested a second opinion. Josh came out and checked thoroughly check the system. He verified the issue, in a lot more detail, and gave me several options for a solution. The solution I chose was pricey, but the alternatives had the potential to double the quoted price. Josh serviced the unit and it’s been running fine for a week now. My electric bill had skyrocketed, but now it’s back to where it was, before the first service call. That first technician was young and in my opinion, needs some polishing in communicating, professionalism and experience.
