Jack, the technician who came out was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected and serviced all applicable components and provided feedback as to the condition of the A/C unit. He also provided options to address recommended services in the future to make sure unit continues to work as expected. All work was completed as expected!
