Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler): Located in the attic, servicing the whole home. Checked the pleated 1" filter (16x25x1), noted condition as fair. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump): Located on the side of the house. Cleaned the outdoor coil, noted initial condition as fair. Electrical Components: Tested and confirmed proper operation within manufacturer's specifications for: blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. System Components (Good Condition): Inspected and confirmed proper operation of: blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires secured, and ductwork.
