Upon arrival, I found the customers existing 2 ton Mitsubishi mini split doing everything it could possibly do to cool. Everything seemed and checked out OK and I was getting 38 to 40° supply air. That’s the only source of heating and cooling in the house is roughly 1800 ft.² I recommended adding a mini split or possibly two heads.
