Today I arrived on site and performed the following maintenance: **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Verified the unit is located in the attic closet. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Replaced the pleated 1" air filters: (2) 20x20x1 and (2) 12x12x1. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Verified the unit is located on the side of the house. * Confirmed the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, defrost control board, contactor, electrical wiring, and electric heat strip kit safeties. * Confirmed all components are working properly within the manufacturer's recommended specifications and amperages. **Overall:** * The overall equipment condition is good. * The unit services the whole home.
