Today I arrived on site and performed the following maintenance: **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Verified the unit is located in the attic closet. * Confirmed the overall equipment condition is good. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (20x20x1). * Observed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Verified the unit is located on the roof. * Confirmed the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition, and cleaned it. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, fan run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, electrical wiring, and electric heat strip kit safeties; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good condition and working properly. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary
