11/21/2025- I arrived on site to preform the wintertime maintenance for both units. I have tested and verified that all electrical equipment on both units are working properly and within specifications. Both washable air filters have been cleaned as well as both drain lines being cleaned/cleared, I have confirmed that both are draining properly at this time. I checked both units in heat and cool mode and I have confirmed that both units are working properly at this time. I have found no issues with either unit and verified that all equipment is functioning correctly at this time.
