Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Observed the overall condition as fair. * Confirmed the indoor coil condition as fair and clean. * Noted the filter size as N/A; customer will provide their own pleated 1" filters. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump in Back Yard):** * Observed the overall condition as fair. * Confirmed the outdoor coil condition as clean and fair. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. * Verified electrical wires are secured. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 75.0°F and a supply air temperature of 113.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and confirmed it is strapped down. * Restored power to the units.
